The Town of Halifax, North Carolina, is seeking solutions for deploying free-to-the-public, outdoor WIFI to cover its primary downtown area as well as the Halifax State Historic Site.
This RFP is intended to outline the challenge and market opportunity, and invite interested providers to submit proposals for new WIFI service delivery in the Town. The Town is issuing this RFP to gather ideas and interest from providers of WIFI services to enhance a patron’s experience while exploring Halifax.
