Ordinance Prohibiting Off Road Parking on Shoulder of US HWY 301 1993

In order to protect the safety of the citizens of the Town of Halifax and those persons traveling through the Town of Halifax from unnecessary dangers caused by vehicles parked on the shoulder of U. S. Highway 301; it shall be unlawful for the driver of any vehicle to park the vehicle on the shoulder of that portion of u. S. Highway 301 which lies within the town limits of the Town of Halifax.
