It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully make, continue, or cause to be made or continued any loud and/or raucous noise, which shall mean any sound which, because of its volume level, duration, and/or character, annoys, disturbs, injures or endangers the comfort, health, peach or safety of reasonable persons within the town limits.
